How does a global luxury retailer give dealers a voice in their local markets?
Bang & Olufsen didn't just need a marketing services platform to empower its dealers - it needed every tool in the box including data cleaning, order management and print on demand.
Working closely with Bang & Olufsen's marketing services team, we integrated their global technology platform, BEOMarketing, with bespoke order management back end software. This gave the dealers easy access to marketing materials with variable content for local markets. We also analysed their global database for insights to support more targeted campaigns.
10 years of working together has produced a lot of successful campaigns. Having started with UK market we've expanded to more dealer networks internationally and continue to roll out to other international regions.
